All orders are usually shipped via Deutsche Post, HLG or DPD within 1-2 business days of receipt.

Costs for shipping and handling include packing charges and insurance against damage or loss.

Orders can be picked up at our company address after prior appointment by email.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and may vary from actual costs in some exceptional cases for certain countries or items ordered. The description of items such as i.e. staffs or hoops which may be subject to limitations or require special dispatch conditions contain a note. Please   contact us prior to your order and we will find the cheapest carrier for delivering the product to your country.

The recipient is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, clearance fees, etc. within his country.
